Replacement & Return Policy

At MY GADGET CITY, we want to ensure our customers are delighted with their purchases. Therefore, we have implemented a return or replace policy to address situations where customers are not entirely happy with their products. 

 
 

Replacement Policy 

Replacement can be done only when you have received any Defective, Damaged, Wrong Product, The Product should NOT be replaced in case you did not liked the product. Only the conditions mentioned above in Bold are eligible for any kind of replacement. To be eligible for a replacement, please follow these guidelines: Provide clear photos or videos of the product clearly showing the issue.

1. The product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
2. Contact us within 48 Hours of receiving the item.
3. Video proof Is mandatory for package opening without cut and pause for replacement.
4. The customer has to send it to our address mentioned in our Contact Us page and all other social media accounts.
5. Once your product is received and cleared by our internal quality team, we will arrange for the replacement product to be sent to you at no additional cost.
 


Exclusions:

1. Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
2. Physical and water damage.
